Justice Construction’s Integrated Services group improves the construction process by combining preconstruction, virtual design and construction (VDC), lean practices, sustainable construction and construction technology expertise. Our team develops and delivers customized strategies to provide the greatest value and predictable results necessary to fulfill our clients’ highest expectations. The collaboration of our team members, working side-by-side, provides a holistic approach to project planning and execution. Involved from project inception through construction, our team uses its combined expertise to solve conflicts, accelerate schedules and reduce the cost of construction.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

The Special Projects Division (SPD) was developed to cater to complex, logistically challenging, and management-intense projects for our clientele. Our SPD teams are backed by the resources of the larger organization, including sophisticated BIM technologies, preconstruction and estimating capabilities, scheduling, management expertise, master craftsmen and equipment. Our work program is diverse including tenant finish projects, renovations, additions, ground-up construction and mechanical and electrical projects. These projects are often complex or highly schedule driven.

With over two decades of service, the Special Projects Division is designed to respond with the timeliness and competitiveness of a smaller contractor. We have SPD teams in place in Colorado Springs, Denver, the Colorado Mountains, and Wyoming.

Our Special Projects Division prides itself in being flexible enough to react to the special requirements and interests of our various and diverse clientele.

Our exemplary track record in regards to budget, quality and schedule is grounded in being a skilled builder, first and foremost. From construction executives to skilled craft professionals, our teams successfully execute fast-track project schedules in the most remote and challenging project locales in the United States. Our teams are able to drive the project schedule and maintain the quality standard of our projects through our competitive self-performed work. Schedule and budget constraints, skilled trade availability and project scope influence our approach to a project and the role of self-performance. At the onset of a project, we review with the Owner the potential role and resulting benefits for self-perform work. We will always act in the best interest of the project and will ensure any proposed self-performed scope brings tangible value to our clients.
